Hi everyone, just an update on the general situation regarding our group. We have had a very busy month with 9 of our customers passing their tests during November 2023.
With regards to driving test availability, things are improving and the waiting time is coming down. That said, we have been informed that there may be industrial action being taken by some members of the DVSA staff in relation to proposed changes to working patterns. We have been asked “ not” to overload the help desk with calls enquiry about your test as all candidates will be contacted directly if your planned test is unable to go ahead as a result of industrial action.
I would like to thank all of our customers for their business throughout 2023 and my team for all their effort, endeavour and great customer service.
